* to start/stop a particle flame/effect via touch
* to start/stop a particle flame/effect via chat
* to delete a candle upon chat (great for birthday cakes - but remember, the candle is gone after using this command, and you will have to rez a new one :)
* to turn a textured prim flame invisible/visible upon touch
